Q.Why don' t I get email after placing order?
A.Please make sure your registered email address is correct. You can find your account information from My page.
Please take a look your mail setting for receiving and junk mail folder if you receive email from us first time.
Q.Can I change payment method after placing order?
A. Because we strive to get your order shipped as quickly as possible, we cannot change your payment method or cancel your order once placed as processing begins immediately.
Q.Can you send different order# products in once?
A.I' m sorry because our process begins immediately after your order is placed, we cannot send different order# products in once.
Q.Is it safe to use credit card for purchases?
A.Your information is secure., the approved e-commerce partner for the Adobe Store.
All online credit card sales are secured with SSL technology, the most secure encryption technology currently available for electronic transactions.
All members' information is protected by password due to privacy protection and security. Please keep your password safely. Securing your password and computer is essential to protecting your privacy, reducing the risk of identity theft, and preventing hackers from taking over your computer.
There won' t be information leakage since we never store your credit card number.
Q.Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes, we do (There are some exceptions) Please read more about it on international shipping page.
Q.I' m not sure I created account…
A.Once you create account we send email to your email address you gave us. If you are sure your email address is correct, please take a look your mail setting for receiving and junk mail folder.
Q.Can I change my account information and settings?(address, phone number, email, newsletter…)
A.Yes, you can always change your account information or settings from your "My account" page.

ORDERING & PAYMENT
< PLACING A WEB ORDER >

When you see an item you like, click on "Add to Bag" and continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchase. Then, click on the Shopping Bag, located at the top right section of the screen on online store page. Click "View Bag / Checkout" to confirm your items. After you have made any changes and updated the quantities as desired, click on "Proceed to Checkout " to finish.

Please review your order carefully before placing it. Once your order is submitted, we are unable to modify or cancel it.

STEP 1: Sign In or Be a Guest User
If you are not already signed in to your yucasii.com account, you may continue to checkout as a guest. However, to quickly access your saved addresses and payment methods, we suggest signing in to your account using the fields on the left side of the page. You may sign in conveniently using a preferred social network or using the email address and password associated with your yucasii.com account. If you have forgotten your password, click here.

STEP 2: Shipping Address

  • Complete all of the required fields in the shipping address form. If you are signed into your yucasii.com account, you may also choose a saved address from your address book on "My Account" page.
  • If you are signed in, you can save the shipping address for future use by clicking the "add to address book" checkbox.
  • If your shipping address is the same as your billing address, click the "use this address for billing" checkbox.
  • When you are ready to move on to the next step, click "continue".

STEP 3: Payment
Be sure review your order summary on the right side of the page “your checkout progress” to confirm the items in your shopping bag, and shipping addresses before selecting your payment options. You may click back into any step of the checkout process to make adjustments.
Your shipping fee is shown up automatically based on your items weight and your chosen shipping address.

Select your payment method either PayPal account or credit card.
Bank transfer and cash on delivery are available only in Japan at this moment.

STEP 4: Order Confirmation
After you complete the checkout process, you will be directed to the order confirmation page. Here you will see your order number and complete details of your order. We recommend that you print this receipt and save the order information for your records. You will need this information for all references to your order.

Paypal is an alternate method for purchasing your order on yucasii.com. It enables any individual with an email address to securely send payments online. With a paypal account, you can choose to pay with your credit card, debit card, bank account, or paypal account balance for any purchase you make. We never see your credit card and bank numbers plus, you're 100% protected against unauthorized payments sent from your account.

■ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once your order is placed, we will update you with:
  • Order confirmation: this email confirms that we have received your order and includes your order number. Keep this email for your records.
  • Shipment confirmation: this email confirms that your order has shipped and typically contains carrier-tracking information.
  • Important notices about your order: there are various reasons for this email message (for example: difficulty in processing your order, inability to ship to the address provided, duplicate order, cancellation of order, or payment verification).
  • Pre-order updates: if you have placed a pre-order for an item, we will notify you should the expected shipping day change, or if the item does not come into stock in a reasonable amount of time.

< CHANGE AN ORDER >
We start working on your order as soon as it is placed, so we are unable to cancel or make any changes to an order after it has been confirmed.
< WISHLIST >
When you are shopping yucasii.com and find items that you want to save but not purchase immediately, add them to your wish list as a convenient reminder for future visits to the site. We will save your wish list even after you leave the site, making it easy to relocate and purchase your favorite items in the future. Adding a product to your wish list does not guarantee that inventory will be available when you are ready to buy, but all items you place on your wish list will remain there until they are purchased or removed.
You can access your wish list every time you visit yucasii.com. Signing into your account with your email address and password or social login, go to wish list on “My Account“.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
< SHIPPING YOUR ORDER >
The fulfillment process for most orders of in-stock items begins as soon as your online purchase is completed. These items will be shipped once your payment is approved, the items are located, and the shipping address is verified.
(Pre-order items are not yet in stock, but available for advanced order on our site. therefore a pre-ordered item is shipped directly to your chosen shipping address once it is in stock.) As with all purchases on our site, you will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you. The expected date that the item will leave the distribution center is indicated on the product detail page. This date is a good estimation of the item’s availability but please note that the date is not firm. Should the expected shipping day change, you will be notified via email.
After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within Japan.

< DELIVERY TIME >
Approximately from 2 weeks to maximum of 4 weeks depending on the destinations.
< TRACK YOUR ORDER >
To track your order, please click the link below and enter your tracking number (13 digits). You will then be able to view your order and shipping details. You can find your order number in your shipment confirmation email as well as in your order history on yucasii.com. It may take up to 48 hours before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system.

A careful packing is being guaranteed, however any unexpected damage was seen on delivery, simply do not accept the package and check the contents together with local post office staff.
< DUTIES AND TAXES >
Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.
yucasii ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.
RETURN & EXCHANGE

We do not accept returns and exchanges. Please make sure your order before it’s confirmed. However in case of the products are out of stock, they will be refunded follow the instruction of our staff at customer care.
