7. Return and Exchange
<For International Shipping>
- There is the case that due to monitors, the environment of use or photography, some difference may occur. Also size may slightly different from its detail we give. You must understand them before making a purchase.
- We do not accept the return and exchange according to your convenience. In case the product is shipped back to Japan due to impossibility to deliver, carriage for return will be charged to you.
- The customer is liable for any loss or damage during shipping after shipment from us.
- We take the utmost care when managing, storing or sending products, in the event that the packaging of products is damaged when they arrive, Confirm the contents by opening in the box in the presence of the deliveryman before signing. If there is no problem with the contents, accept the products.
- In the event that the contents are also damaged, refuse delivery and receive “damage report” at your local delivery post office.
- When “refusing delivery” , since the products are returned to the sender unconditionally, the products will be returned to Japan.
- The “damage report” will be used for reference when claiming insurance after return of the products to Japan.
- Notify our customer care via our contact form or customer@yucasii.com within 7 days after receipt of the damaged products.
- After confirming returned products, if there is no problem, we will resend substitute products. We will refund the money only in case the substitute products are out of stock.
- However in China, when damage to the packaging is discovered, delivery will be immediately cancelled. Delivered products are temporarily held at the delivery post office, and a notification of damage is sent to the recipient. The recipient should visit the delivery post office, confirm the state of the contents and the delivery post office will prepare a “damage report” .
- In the event that you think that the contents are clearly damaged upon delivery, even though there is no damage to the packaging, Visit your local delivery post office to receive a “damage report” and return the products to our warehouse address. The “damage report” will be used for reference when claiming insurance after return of the products to Japan.
- Notify our customer care via our contact form or customer@yucasii.com within 7 days after receipt of the damaged products.
- After confirming returned products, if there is no problem, we will resend substitute products. We will refund the money only in case the substitute products are out of stock.
However in China, requests for a “damage report” after receipt are often rejected. Keep requesting through the investigation section of the delivery post office until you receive the report.
<For Domestic Shipping>
- We accept the return and exchange only cases we have responsibility with reasonable reasons such as mis-shipment or products are get damaged during shipping. In such cases, you have to notify our customer care within 7 days after receipt of the products otherwise we can not accept the return and exchange. You shall keep the products safely as we will ask you to send back them. Please note that we will refund the money only in case the substitute products are out of stock.
- Customers apply what is provided for in the preceding paragraph and follow our rules and steps prescribed separately. Shipping cost related to this case will be paid by us.
8. Privacy
Happifull understands that maintaining the confidentiality, integrity and security of its users’ non-public, personally identifiable information (“Personal Information” ) is important to its users. In order for the Web Site to work accurately and efficiently, Happifull may collect and maintain Personal Information about users.
